Roofing People along with 2 other bidders were invited to bid on roof systems slated for capitol budgets for a major retailer.

• 20 projects total
• Average of 109,240 square feet totaling 2,184,804 square feet all together
• Locations of the facilities were nationwide
• 4 facilities in Illinois
• 3 facilities each in Colorado and Minnesota
• 2 facilities each in Washington and Wisconsin
• 1 facility each in Idaho , Nebraska , Tennessee , Georgia , and Texas

Client’s issues requiring special attention:

• Proposals must come from local qualified contractors
• Proposals must meet the exact specifications provided by client
• Proposals were due within a 1 week time period
• Insurance requirements were stringent
• Final group price for all projects to be submitted for final approval

After bid review, Roofing People was confirmed the company with the best price, most qualified contractors, and the only company to offer complete project management, tracking, reporting, and data storage of all activity.

The other 2 bidders are good companies but because of Roofing People’s ability to offer true competition, our price was the lowest out of the group.  The closest bid was $700,000.00 more than ours and the other was $1,000,000.00 over our bid.  This is an example of the effectiveness of Roofing People and exemplifies our abilities to reduce cost and maintain quality.
