Summary:

During the period between 9/01/04 and 5/01/05, Roofing People processed 380 repairs for our client.   The average repair cost in the United States is $910.00.  With our program, client’s repair cost averaged $570.06.  This resulted in a direct savings of $339.94 per repair.  In addition, we also dramatically decreased contractor response time from 1-2 weeks to an average of 48 hours per repair call.

Before Roofing People’s involvement, client dealt with a poor contractor base, which was unable to provide quality work needed in order to eliminate reoccurring problems.  This resulted in a waste of time and money.  By utilizing Roofing People’s professional service, client gained access to a network of the nation’s top contractors in turn reducing time and needless expenditures.  As a result, property managers were able to focus on other needs of their clients.
